We Raised the Money to Train Our Second Guide Dog - and Here's Stanley!

We recently announced that we had donated another £5,000 to the Guide Dogs charity to enable them to train a guide dog puppy.

Now he's arrived and here he is in all his gorgeous glory.

He'll now start his training and will soon be working hard helping improve someone's quality of life.

We decided to call him Stanley after Stanley Richardson, who founded Wykamol over 85 years ago.

This is our second puppy, following in the pawprints of Sue who is already out there changing someone’s life for the better.

The £5000 will pay for Stanley's training so he can become part of this incredibly worthy cause.

Everyone at the Wykamol Group has been working hard to raise the £5000 and we are grateful for the help we got from our customers and friends.

The Guide Dogs charity doesn’t receive government funding, yet constantly provides dogs which enable blind and partially sighted people to enjoy the same freedom and independence as everyone else.

We’ll keep you up to date with Stanley’s progress as we set out on our plan for puppy number 3!
