The Wykamol Group's wide-ranging facilities, including a £2 million powder plant and state-of-the-art laboratory, not only aid the development of our innovative products, but our highly qualified Chemists regularly perform sample analysis on behalf of Contractors. Detailed reports are completed to aid in the identification of remedial issues which may be difficult to diagnose. Sample testing removes the need for guess work, ensuring the correct solution is identified from the start of a project, saving time and money.
In 2018 we invested a further £2.5 million in a membrane extrusion plant, allowing us manufacture Type C Cavity Drain Membranes right here in the UK. The extruder uses the latest in technology to mold 100% virgin HDPE into waterproofing and damp-proofing membranes, which are now used across the UK in hundreds of renovation and new build projects.
