The Bottleworks Enterprise and Innovation Centre Dublin

This amazing basement waterproofing project in a very tight space has been carried out by Wykamol registered installer Drytech systems

The enterprise centre, a four-storey over two-level basement building with set-back Second and Third Floor Levels (3,785 sq m gross floor area) is designed to provide a beautiful, collaborative workspace in which entrepreneurs share space and office services, and have the opportunity to work together.

The development will provide state-of-the-art, professionally-managed and fully-serviced shared enterprise facilities to cater for the needs of startups and small businesses.

A full deign scheme by the waterproofing team at wykamol has enabled this multi level basement to be BS8102 approved using a dual scheme of waterproof concrete and cavity drain membranes.

This challenging site and space meant multi visits by our waterproofing team to check on progress and also regular video walk throughs by the drytech team kept us involved at every stage.

All our waterproofing cavity drain membranes are BBA approved and have fire testing as well as being approved for Radon gas.

Working with our registered installers Wykamol can offer a full bespoke design and installation service to main contractors.

All in all whatever the project Wykamol will attend site at design stage or look at plans to determine a robust scheme when working below ground.
